Flue Gas Desulfurization Pump
Flow:4.3 ~ 9700m³/h
Head:1.4 ~ 90m
Power:4 ~ 900kw
DT and TL series desulfurization pumps, the latest addition to our high-efficiency pump range. Designed specifically for flue gas desulfurization applications, these pumps incorporate cutting-edge technology from similar products both domestically and internationally. With a maximum flow range of 12000 m³/h, these pumps are capable of handling large slurry circulation tasks such as absorption tower pumping, limestone slurry delivery, gypsum slurry discharge, recovery operations, and pit pumping.
The DT pump features a horizontal, single pump casing design with a single pole single suction structure. It can be mounted on a bracket or suspended for flexibility in installation. The TL pump, on the other hand, adopts a vertical structure with a single pump shell. It can be equipped with a suction pipe to accommodate various working conditions.
Both the DT and TL series pumps are built to deliver exceptional performance and reliability. Their advanced design ensures high efficiency and energy savings, making them a cost-effective solution for flue gas desulfurization applications. These pumps are capable of handling the heavy-duty demands of the flue gas desulfurization process and have been tailored to meet the specific requirements of this industry.
With their robust construction and superior materials, these pumps are built to withstand the challenges of corrosive environments. They are engineered for long-lasting performance, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs. Additionally, our pumps have been rigorously tested and can operate seamlessly in the most demanding conditions.
We pride ourselves on providing innovative and reliable pump solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The introduction of the DT and TL series desulfurization pumps demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality products that maximize efficiency and minimize costs. With these new pumps, our customers can expect enhanced performance and increased productivity in their flue gas desulfurization processes.
